SOTC PS4/Wander's face, but you are much more likely to stay on message. You still run the risk of making small mistakes with the art ala. Bring them into the modern age with modern visuals and just remaster the scores (which are also perfect). PD and PDZ are basically perfect shooters, they can't be improved as far as I'm concerned. If NiGHTS Journey of Dreams showed us anything, it's that a new team - as it would likely be - trying to interpret how Andromeda would have "modernized" the systems runs a high risk of making things worse. I really think reduxes are the the best way to go, ala Crash/Spyro. I'm going to try PD1 again but this time sit much further away back from the TV, and maybe use some cheats to make the experience a bit more easier to deal with the blurriness/fps. It came 6th place in that Japanese SEGA poll, that's pretty darn high! Here's hoping we haven't seen the last of the franchise. If they can achieve something similar to the way MS handled Orta that would be most ideal imo, I usually prefer revisions that somewhat retain the integrity of the original release. I know it's problematic for SEGA to attain the source code for many of their IP's these days, but here's hoping they were gauging the market with Orta so that they can work on something related to the IP. Heck if it eventually came to SEGA AGES I'd strongly consider purchasing a NSwitch just to play them. I really hope a release like Shenmue 1&2 (remaster) or Yakuza Kiwami (partial remake) or just a digital port like we used to get in the XBLA days is possible. Yeah, Zwei is easy enough to attain and much nicer in motion but the price for Saga in insanity! :( I'm not typically into PC emulation but even then it looks overwhelming for setup for these games (and I only have a laptop which is probably under-spec).
